US Customs & Border Protection (CBP) to Offer ACE e-Manifest Workshops

Next week, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will host three workshops on ACE and the e-Manifest component of ACE. The informational sessions, presented by CBP Headquarters ACE office and ABI Client Representatives, will include the current status of ACE, how to establish ACE accounts, file electronic manifests (e-Manifest), and "benefit your company’s bottom line." CBP encourages brokers, carriers, and other interested parties to learn more about ACE and the current and pending requirements for advanced electronic information.
The first workshops will be held on October 16 and 17 in Buffalo, and the third will be held on October 18 in Champlain. In New York, ACE e-Manifest is currently available at the ports of Champlain, Buffalo, Alexandria Bay, Massena, Ogdensburg and Rouses Point. Details of the workshops are as follows:
