Candles from China - ADD Update

On October 2, 2006, the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration announced its  Final Affirmative Determination that Imports of Candles from China, containing any amount of Petroleum Wax, are under scope of the Anti-Dumping Duty Order.    

 

As a result of this determination, the ITA will require U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) to Suspend Liquidation of entries that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after February 25, 2005. CBP will require a Cash Deposit in the amount of 108.30 percent, for all such Unliquidated Entries.
