As a result of this determination, the ITA will require U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) to Suspend Liquidation of entries that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after February 25, 2005. CBP will require a Cash Deposit in the amount of 108.30 percent, for all such Unliquidated Entries.
