HTS 2007 Implementation Grace Period

The Area Port of Champlain, NY has provided a copy of a Memorandum dated today from U.S. Customs & Border Protection, Acting Executive Director, Trade Policy and Programs, Office of International Trade regarding the HTS 2007 Implementation Grace Period.

Entries filed on or after February 21, 2007 will be made with the appropriate WCO HTSUS changes.
