Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has recently posted fili=

instructions and the reconciliation form for the Lacey Act Declaration Pilot
Program to its website. The
documents explain how to file a blanket Lacey Act Declaration as well as ho=
w to
file the declaration reconciliation form.&=
nbsp;
The Pilot Program is for Importers that utilize CBP’s
expedited border release programs, Automated Line Release (ALR) or Border
Release Advance Screening and Selectivity (BRASS).
