DERINGER ANNOUNCES NEW MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT TEAM

KEVIN HOLMES-HENRY JOINS AS CONTROLLER

SAINT ALBANS, VT, MAY 1, 2005: A.N. Deringer, Inc., a leader in supply chain management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Holmes-Henry to the position of Controller. Reporting immediately to the Director of Finance Robert Lawrence, Kevin will manage and coordinate the company's accounting department, prepare financial reports and analyses, while closely monitoring internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Prior to joining Deringer, Kevin was most recently the Supply Chain Financial Manager for Ben and Jerry's Homemade, Inc. in South Burlington, Vermont. Kevin's extensive financial background also includes a 6-year tenure with KPMG. Kevin is both a CPA and CMA, and holds a BS in Accounting from Champlain College.
