In addition to his new responsibilities as an Officer of the Company, Lawrence will continue to function as Director of Finance. Since joining in June 2004, Lawrence has been instrumental in shaping the Company's financial planning and analysis in support of asset acquisition and divestiture, project financing, and other intricate financial transactions. Lawrence's comprehensive financial background includes more than 15 years of experience with major logistics, accounting, and manufacturing firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Vermont.
