Deringer Selects TradePoint for World Class International Trade Software Solutions

SAINT ALBANS, VT, July 22, 2005 -- TradePoint Systems of Nashua, NH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kewill Plc (LSE:KWL), today announced that A. N. Deringer, Inc. has signed a 5-year agreement with TradePoint to provide Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding and other supporting technology solutions to Deringer's entire US operations.

To focus on its core capabilities and business of international supply chain services, Deringer will outsource a portion of its international trade software solutions to TradePoint. Currently a Kewill Shipping Solutions customer, this latest contract with TradePoint exemplifies the Kewill Group's focused strategy of delivering value to its customers through synergistic product offerings.

Deringer ultimately selected TradePoint for its extensive experience, domain expertise and longstanding reputation as a top IT systems and technology tools provider to the international trade community. The integrated operational software systems TradePoint will supply include the major applications of Customs brokerage, freight forwarding and breakbulk on AIX/SQL platform. Additionally, TradePoint will provide enhancements to Deringer's Advanced Information Management System (AIMS), which allows shippers to create, save, and monitor shipments electronically.

Wayne Burl, President and CEO for A.N. Deringer, Inc. stated "TradePoint represents a good fit for us, as both Deringer and Tradepoint play an integral role in shaping the future of Customs & Border Protection's Automated Commercial Environment. By serving on a variety of CBP committees, both companies have been and will continue to work closely with CBP in the design, development, and implementation of ACE. Both companies have employees that were selected by CBP as Trade Ambassadors and both have committee chairs on the Trade Support Network. Ultimately, our philosophy on the future of CBP was consistent, and we both wanted to ensure we were successfully positioned for the imminent changes." In addition, Steve Stata, Deringer's Vice President of Information Systems added "the selection of TradePoint reflects Deringer's focus on delivering world class solutions to our customers. TradePoint's dynamic, global trade software will enable us to attain key business objectives, and enhance the value we bring to our business partners and clients."

"We are excited to partner with one of the premier US Brokers, A.N. Deringer, Inc. to provide its software requirements for its US operations," said Ken Halle, COO of TradePoint Systems. This opportunity will allow us to continue to build and enhance our core technology products, while providing Deringer with the software and technology to expand its business. We look forward to leveraging our extensive experience with customers of this size with a partner that has been a leader in this industry for 86 years."
