SAINT ALBANS, VT, MAY 1, 2005: A.N. Deringer, Inc., a leader in supply chain management solutions, recently announced the selection of Doug Walter as Director of Information Technology. Doug will be charged with managing the enhancement of Deringer's information technology capabilities. Additionally, Mr. Walter will help transform the company's IT strategy into a comprehensive long-term business strategy focused on meeting customer requirements. "Doug's expertise in large project implementation and systems integration will greatly support some exciting new IT initiatives at Deringer " commented Steve Stata, Deringer's Junior VP of MIS."

Walter brings more than 20 years of information technology management experience in a variety of manufacturing sectors - as well as logistics, distribution, and shipping environments. Prior to joining the Deringer team, Doug was Systems Integration Manager at Ben & Jerry's Homemade, Inc. based in South Burlington, Vermont.
