DERINGER ANNOUNCES MOST RECENT ADDITIONS TO SALES TEAM
SAINT ALBANS, VT, DECEMBER 5, 2005 -- A.N. Deringer, Inc., the international logistics services provider is pleased to announce the addition of Erin Whelan Rogers and Robert Collier to its North American sales team. Senior Vice President John Holzscheiter commented, "we are very pleased to have Erin and Rob join the team, as they bring a wealth of sales and operational experience."
As a sales representative with Deringer, Whelan Rogers will be assuming responsibility for the Michigan and Ohio sales territory, currently held by Robert Butash, who retires on February 1, 2006. She joins the team with over 15 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, including a ten-year career with Expeditors International of Washington. Whelan Rogers' areas of expertise include contract negotiation, ocean imports, marine cargo insurance, and customer service. She graduated from Western Michigan University and is a Dale Carnegie Course graduate.
Also joining the team as National Account Representative is Robert Collier, whose primary area of focus will be the Province of Quebec, including the greater Montreal area. A veteran business development professional, Collier comes to Deringer with more than 20 years of experience in logistics operations and project management, in both US border and air & vessel environments. Prior to signing on with Deringer, Collier held various national and key account management positions with The Myers Group, Walker International Transportation, and most recently with DHL Danzas Air and Ocean. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and is proficient in French and Spanish.
