DERINGER WELCOMES NEW ADDITIONS TO SALES TEAM
SAINT ALBANS, VT, MARCH 14, 2005 -- A.N. Deringer, Inc., the international logistics services provider is pleased to announce the addition of Carlos Manresa and Marie Holst to its North American sales team. "Both Carlos and Marie possess a sharp understanding of the global supply chain and are eager to help importers and exporters optimize their current logistics strategies," commented Deringer's Senior Vice President, John Holzscheiter.
Mr. Manresa joins the team as National Account Representative and will be based out of central Florida. His territory will include the southeastern section of the US, including Texas. A seasoned sales professional, he comes to Deringer with more than 25 years of experience in the logistics industry having worked with International Consolidators and Freight Forwarders, Consolidated Freightways, and most recently, Panalpina. Carlos is a graduate of the University of Miami and resides in Florida with his wife of 18 years and his two children, Arielle and Carlos Jr.
Also joining the Deringer team as Sales Representative is Marie Holst, who will be based in New Jersey. Ms. Holst will be accountable for serving southern, Connecticut, parts of New York, New Jersey, and eastern Pennsylvania. Marie's impressive 21 years of experience in freight forwarding is complemented by her active involvement in a variety of regional associations and professional organizations, such as Council of Logistics Management, World Trade Association of New Jersey, and the American Society of Transportation & Logistics. Marie is certified in IATA Dangerous Goods and is proficient in the Danish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish languages.
