JOHN BOOMHOVER SELECTED TO LEAD NEW DERINGER TRANSITION TEAMS

SAINT ALBANS, VT, MARCH 14, 2005 -- A.N. Deringer, Inc., the international logistics services provider is pleased to announce the selection of John Boomhover for the position of Transition Team Manager. In his role, Mr. Boomhover will assume responsibility for overseeing the teams that will transition accounts from the sales process to operations. John will also meet with clients at the outset of the process to ensure that both the customer's and Deringer's expectations are clearly identified.

"John has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities during his twelve year career with Deringer and was the perfect choice for this new position. We are confident that he will continue to play an important role in helping to shape the future of Deringer," stated John Holzscheiter, Senior Vice President. Mr. Boomhover started his career with Deringer in 1993 at Deringer's Champlain, NY warehouse. During his tenure with Deringer, he had the opportunity to work in the accounting and insurance departments prior to his completion of Deringer's Management Training Program.

Subsequent to completing the training program, John served as Assistant Branch Manager in Deringer's Cincinnati, OH office, Special Projects Leader in the Buffalo, NY office, and was Branch Manager in both Pembina, ND and Blaine, WA. Most recently, John was a National Sales Representative accountable for servicing Deringer's Customs Broker and Forwarder clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Champlain College, is a Licensed Customs Broker, and is certified in IATA. John resides in Saint Albans, Vermont with his wife Debbie.
