DRS INTEGRATES WITH DLCG TO OFFER ENHANCED CONSULTING SERVICES
SAINT ALBANS VT, JANUARY 17, 2005
-- A.N. Deringer, Inc., the international logistics services provider, is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2006, Duty Refund Services Inc. (formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of A.N. Deringer, Inc.) has been integrated into its consulting operations. Duty Refund Services provided specialized services exclusively in the area of drawback, and will continue to do so as part of Deringer's consulting group. As part of Deringer Logistics Consulting Group, DRS' valued drawback experts will continue to provide professional drawback services to Deringer clients. "Drawback is a continually evolving and highly specialized service and a natural part of a Customs consulting service. The operating relationship between Drawback and Consulting will be transparent to clients and should be viewed as a strengthening of Deringer's total Customs consulting services," commented Robert DeCamp, Deringer's Director of Regulatory Affairs and Consulting.
All personnel currently working in DRS will continue as part of the Deringer team and will now be part of a larger, more diverse consulting group. This will better position each unit for increased cross-functional training and enhanced future growth. DLCG will continue to maintain two primary operating offices in Rouses Point, New York and Romulus, Michigan, with plans for further expansion.
