DERINGER SEATTLE CELEBRATES ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY

SAINT ALBANS, VT, JUNE 6, 2006 -- A.N. Deringer, Inc., the international logistics service provider, will host a celebration at its Seattle facility for clients and partners on June 29th to commemorate its one-year anniversary. June 1st marked the official anniversary of Deringer's acquisition of the Seattle operation. The success of the Seattle operation represents a key milestone in Deringer's west coast expansion strategy.

According to port statistics, the Port of Seattle distinguished itself by being North America's fastest growing container port in 2005. The Port of Seattle represents a viable alternative gateway for trade with Asia, and the Seattle office has positioned Deringer to better serve the supply chain needs of clients in the Pacific Northwest.

"During the past few years, Deringer has made a significant investment to enhance its west coast infrastructure to accommodate the growing number of North American companies sourcing or moving their production offshore to a variety of locations," commented Wayne Burl, CEO for Deringer. Thus far, in addition to the Seattle office, the investment has included the impressive expansion of two key state-of-the-art distribution centers, in Blaine, Washington and Los Angeles, California.
