Melisande (Sandy) Mayotte

Sandy started with Deringer in 1996 and moved into her current corporate management responsibilities in 2003. She provides leadership to the continuing development of Deringer's comprehensive employee relations services. Her extensive experience in administrative management contributes to the smooth functioning of Deringer's important client support operations.

Sandy is an active volunteer in several community organizations including former Chair of the Adult Education Council, former Board Member of the Franklin County Workforce Investment Board, former Treasurer of the Franklin County Home Health Agency, and as the current Chair of the Board of the Northwest Medical Center Board of Directors in St. Albans, Vermont.

She is a graduate of the prestigious Vermont Leadership Institute of the Snelling Center for Government and earned a Master's Degree in Education Administration from St. Michael's College.  She is a Certified Human Resources Professional.
