The Global Institute of Logistics (www.globeinst.org) has taken on the mission of making logistics issues a bigger part of the business discussion in North America. As part of this effort, it commissioned several logistics service providers to explain how logistics impacts businesses. In this 5-minute piece shown on CNN and BRAVO, Deringer's President and CEO, Wayne Burl, is interviewed and explains how Deringer assisted home products producer, Seventh Generation, in solving several logistic issues that impacted the success of their business.

The following TV commercial exemplifies collaboration between Deringer and one of its key suppliers, Twinstate (www.twinstate.com). It highlights several common goals and objectives. The spot, which ran in several Northeast markets, shows Deringer's President & CEO explaining the importance of partnerships and good service.

In the September 2005 edition of Business People Vermont, a statewide business journal, Marketing Analyst Lindsey Lefebvre compares the challenges air travelers have to the increased effort required to move cargo across international borders.
