Deringer's Key Account Management Program (KAMP)

KAMP is our proprietary client services management program. We assign one of our experienced, knowledgeable professionals to manage all aspects of a client's account. The individual is accountable for the day-to-day management of the account and ensures that all aspects of our relationship are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Standard operating procedures, customized to the client's needs, are developed to enhance workflow as well as document archiving and retrieval. The Account Manager also oversees the billing of the account, and is the primary point of contact for client field inquiries. We have a contingency plan for managing the account, should the primary contact be unavailable. Managing accounts from a central location enhances operations, assuring that all import / export and other activities and issues are processed in a consistent, expeditious manner that exceeds a client's expectations.
