Sandy Mayotte joined Deringer in 1996 and serves the company as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President. Ms. Mayotte supports and provides oversight to the larger organization as an executive officer and provides functional leadership to the continuing development of Deringer’s comprehensive employee relations services, and legal and risk management programs. Having the additional oversight of the Transportation line of business and Air/Vessel offices, she enjoys having both operational and administrative responsibilities as it provides greater clarity to broad organizational needs. Her extensive experience in general and administrative management contributes to the smooth functioning of Deringer’s important client support operations.

Sandy has long been an active and passionate community advocate. She is currently the Board Chair and President of Mercy Connections. She valued, in particular, her time serving as Chair of the Board of Northwestern Medical Center as well as being invited to participate in efforts to restructure the Vermont State College system. She served on various other Boards as a member or Chair whose foci are building human capacity for greater employment opportunities.

Sandy possesses an Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Business, is a graduate of the prestigious Vermont Leadership Institute of the Snelling Center for Government, and earned a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from St. Michael’s College, located in Colchester, Vermont.
