The Department of Commerce (DOC) published in the Federal Register on December 2, 2021, its final determination for the administrative review of AD/CVD cases A-122-857 and C-122-858 for the period of January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019.  The DOC will issue instructions to CBP within 41 days to liquidate merchandise entered during this timeframe at the published rates.  Customs will update deposit rates in ACE for new entries upon receiving instructions from the DOC.  This could take several days.
