This position ensures the timely and accurate completion of billing, accounting and financial matters; ongoing training for team members and for partnering to find a resolution for customer issues that may arise. Directs all activity within the WMS system including order entry; order processing, audits and reporting This position is also responsible for providing our customers, internal and external, with exceptional customer service through effective supervision and assignment of work to the team. In addition, this position promotes a work environment that is both professional and respectful, and that speaks to our corporate values. Ensures cycle counts are completed and root-cause analysis is done for discrepancies in coordination with the floor supervisor.
This position is responsible for preparation of import release documents for U.S. Customs for air/ocean shipments, and coordinating billing fees and payments.
