This position is responsible for preparation of import release documents for U.S. Customs for air/ocean shipments, obtaining letters of credit, and coordinating billing fees and payments.

This position is responsible for timely shipment of exports from warehouse and resolution of shipment problems.

Territory Representative - Greater Montreal Area

This position is responsible for obtaining new customers through direct sales calls; for retaining current customers through maintenance calls and sale of new services; for resolving customer problems; for assisting in collection of past due accounts; for participating in trade shows and seminars; and for maintaining effective working relationships with customers and internal contacts at our Customer Service Centers.

Distribution Center Office Supervisor

This position ensures the timely and accurate completion of billing, accounting and financial matters; ongoing training for team members and for partnering to find a resolution for customer issues that may arise. Directs all activity within the WMS system including order entry; order processing, audits and reporting This position is also responsible for providing our customers, internal and external, with exceptional customer service through effective supervision and assignment of work to the team.  In addition, this position promotes a work environment that is both professional and respectful, and that speaks to our corporate values. Air/Ocean Import Specialist (Entry Writer) - Valley Stream, NY

This position is responsible for keying in entries, the preparation of import release documentation, payment of foreign bills, and resolution of accounting entries and reconciliations.

Marketing Associate

This position will play a key role in the development and execution of brand identity and communications’ strategies in support of corporate goals, as well as representing the Company’s core values to a variety of stakeholders. The Marketing Associate is responsible for analyzing competitor market conditions, customer research, and identifying trends to assist in the development of new products and services.  Additionally, this position oversees service desk inquiries specific to CHB pricing including the creation and building of new billing profiles, modifying existing fee profiles, as well and researching and resolving billing issues related to CHB fees.
