PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE (PSS)
Surcharge added to cargo moving from ASIA. This fee remains in effect for the duration of a typical Peak Season, currently from June 1 – October 31.
PORT CRANE CHARGE (PTCC)
Crane Charges (for loading and unloading of containers. separate from loading/unloading fees).
REVERSE INTERIOR POINT INTERMODAL (RIPI)
Indicates a reverse in direction of an intermodal container under an ocean carrier's through intermodal bill of lading in order to accomplish the delivery to the named inland point.
RIVER PLATE TOLL (RPT)
Carrier's pass-through charges associated with river tolls.
SUEZ CANAL SURCHARGE (SCS)
Passthrough of transit charges paid by shipping lines to Canal Authority.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT SURCHARGE (SEQ)
Charge associated with providing and/or handling of special equipment.
SECURITY MANIFEST DOC FEE (SMDC)
Fee for processing and monitoring manifest data, which has to be provided to the US Customs.
SHANGHAI PORT SURCHARGE (SPS)
Charge assessed for shipment receive at port of Shanghai, PRC going to North America.
TERMINAL PORT CONGESTION SURCHARGE (TPCS) / TERMINAL PORT CONGESTION FOREIGN (TPCSF)
Charge assessed for port congestion.
