Director of Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources, Kristina oversees both the Human Resources and Learning and Development teams. She began her Human Resources career in the financial services industry, accumulating over 16 years of experience before joining Deringer as an Engagement Partner, focusing on colleague and management development, along with initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion to Human Resources Manager, before stepping into her current role as the Director of Human Resources.
Kristina is passionately dedicated to continuous improvement and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Her leadership approach highlights open communication, empathy, and a strong commitment to both organizational objectives and personal growth of her colleagues. An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Kristina ensures that every voice within the organization is heard and respected. She collaborates with other departments to align human resources strategies with broader business goals, preparing the workforce for future challenges.
In her personal life, Kristina enjoys outdoor activities with her family and actively participates in her community. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Northern New England Center for Financial Training and currently holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Coos & Essex Agricultural Society, a local nonprofit organization. Her dedication to both her professional and personal pursuits reflect her holistic approach to life, believing that a balanced lifestyle enhances well-being and leads to increased productivity and satisfaction in the workplace.
