eShipPartner® Distribution/WMS is a user-friendly, end-to-end inventory management, order entry, and tracking system. With this tool, customers have full control and visibility of their inventory, fulfillment, and shipping activity for any goods warehoused at Deringer’s distribution centers. The WMS is a component of Deringer’s eShipPartner® suite of tools and is designed with the same ease-of-use; however, the software is powered by Manhattan Associates—a well-known software innovator in the industry.
This comprehensive tool provides you with online order entry, inventory control, and real-time shipment information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The dashboard can be customized with savable views including columns that can be added or removed and data that can be sorted or filtered. These customizable screens are ideal for creating reports that can be downloaded, exported, or emailed in pdf, Excel, csv, or rtf formats.
Deringer provides additional value to the Distribution suite of tools with these enhancements:
- Deringer’s eShip Production Planning tool was created collaboratively with Deringer’s customers. Providing customers with increased inventory insight, the tool uses historical shipment data to forecast estimates of average weekly demand and out-of-stock dates. The additional visibility gives customers an opportunity to proactively manage inventory based on real data.
- With the multi-carrier shipping system, eShip Cross Dock, customers enter shipping information, choose a carrier, and print the label, which lets us handle the rest, from pick up to delivery. Companies then benefit from consolidated Customs entries and US domestic rates, rather than expensive international rates for cross border shipments.
- eShip RMA (return material authorization) provides a way to track and process goods to be returned to stock. Goods can be marked with an ETA and RA number, noted with a damaged quantity, and dispositioned as “in progress,” “processed,” “return label sent,” “overdue,” or with a customer-specified status.
