Canadian Society of Customs Brokers Prairie Regional Conference

The Canadian Society of Customs Brokers' (CSCB's) Prairie Regional Conference takes place on April 29, 2015, in Winnipeg, MB. Jerrod Nutt, service center manager of Deringer's Pembina and Portal locations, will be speaking at this event to provide a US Customs and Border Protection Update.
The CSCB is one of the most authoritative, respected organizations in Canada's international trade community. The CSCB includes approximately 160 Customs broker members, over 4,100 CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) designates, nearly 200 CTCS (Certified Trade Compliance Specialist) designates, and more than 600 students on an annual basis. The organization represents the interest of Customs brokers to government departments and agencies, primarily the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), involved in regulating international trade, works with government and the private sector to develop new, innovative solutions to the future needs of the international trade community, and ensures that our members have access to timely, accurate and up-to-date information on technical, operational and business management issues.
