On February 19, 2020, the US Trade Representative (USTR) published another round of excluded goods from the Section 301 List 3 tariffs on imported Chinese goods. The effective date will be retroactive to September 24, 2018, and extend through August 7, 2020. The excluded goods included “one 10-digit HTSUS subheading and “46 specially-prepared product descriptions” with products ranging from titanium dioxide to mechanical articles for motor vehicles, two-layer wood flooring to unbleached cotton fabrics, and others.
