The ACE Reports application, currently operated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), is scheduled for an upgrade to SAP Business Objects (BO) 4.3 on January 27, 2024. This upgrade will bring about modifications to the user interface (UI) of the ACE Reports.
The Trade Transformation Office (TTO) will conduct deployment support calls for the trade community, the meeting link will be distributed through U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) notifications.
The Trade User Pre-Deployment Support Call is scheduled for January 25, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, and will be combined with the February 1 Biweekly Trade Call.
On Wednesday, January 31, there will be a live demo of the ACE Reports application in Business Objects 4.3 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. ET via WebEx Meeting, focusing on the ACE Reports Upgrade to Business Objects 4.3.
Per CBP’s request, participants are urged to join the call promptly as they will offer a brief deployment status update at the beginning. A question-and-answer segment will follow, and it’s noted that calls may conclude ahead of schedule if all questions have been addressed.
CBP conducts biweekly Trade Support Calls to cover ACE technical topics. The upcoming calls discussing this enhancement are scheduled for February 1, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm Eastern Time.
