World Customs Law Meeting

At the World Customs Law Meeting, attendees benefit from learning about a variety of trade topics. Major panels include “Assuring Administrative Justice”, a “Review of Customs and International Trade Law”, “Trade Facilitation of WTO”, and “Additional Trade Facilitation Measures.” The event takes place at the United States Court of International Trade Cereremonial Courtroom in New York City. Amy Magnus, Deringer’s Director of Customs Affairs and Compliance, will be speaking during the second day’s itinerary. Her segment is entitled, “One US Government at the Border: The Concept, the Players, the Progress.” The event is presented by the International Customs Law Academy in cooperation with Baruch College of the City University of New York, the Customs and the International Trade Bar Association, the Confederación de Asociaciones de Agentes Aduanales de la República Mexicana, and the Asociación de Agentes Profesionales de Aduana de las Américas.
